I can say with some certainty the odds of this happening are virtually nil.nnLast year, in our first and last experience using H&R Block, they were having trouble with our returns. Pushing up against the filing deadline and utterly frustrated with the lack of communication from HRB, I called the Canton Tax Group. John Dobbyn answered and listened carefully to my situation.nnHe squeezed us into his schedule at a very busy time of the tax year, reviewed our documents, and efficiently prepared our returns, allowing us to meet the tax filing deadline.nnJohn is not the type of person who would tell someone “call back later”.
