We wandered here on a little exploration sidetrack while visiting the area. It was a beautiful site atop the mountain. There are some amazing views from here and we were lucky enough to have my little one see her first snowfall.
Beautiful place the Highland Game’s are held here .. with a awesome view of grandfather mountain
This review is long overdue but I had a blast at the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games. Can't wait for Covid to be in the past and we get to visit again. MacRae Meadows is a great place to visit. Great sites and staff was friendly.
A great meadow on the way up to Grandfather mountain.
Never knew this place was here but was a great stop to walk and see when coming back from boone!!!
