On my initial visit the staff was friendly and very helpful. I received a call saying they my unit was not locked properly and they would cut my locks and charge me. They stated they check the units daily but I had been there for months and no one mentioned my door to me so they can’t check daily. My rate increased without notice or explanation. When I recently went in to update my card information the staff was rude and unprofessional. It smelled like marijuana and I didn’t appreciate the attitude. I’m not happy at this point
The staff is very professional and informative. The units have enough room for your needs and the environment is clean. I recommend and will use them in the future, if needed.
