Took my push lawn mower to be repaired. Waited 3 weeks for a call. Paid $58, my mower cranked one time and never started again. Wasted time and money.
The owner is a real smart al-eck he litterly told my cousin that lives beside Cheveron that it would cost 80 dollars only to come pick up her lawn mower, because he needed to get the guys to pick it up and that he didn't like working on it. He said all of this infront of a customer then proceeded to say he was just in it for the money. Like really dude how do you expect to get money from customers if your gonna talk like that to a customer infront of another one. HIGHLY don't recommend.
If I could give this business less than one star, I definitely would. Bullocks had our lawnmower for over a year. We just got it back & does not work properly. When I called to speak with someone, they were absolutely not helpful at all resolving the issue. I will definitely be taking my lawnmower out of town for the repairs it STILL needs.
If you don’t own a piece of equipment they sell don’t visit location. Woman who answered the phone tried to say wouldn’t sell it because I gave her a brand name they didn’t stock. I went in store to try and match my John Deere belt and Tony had taken over up front, he proceeded to tell me he didn’t have any numbers on his parts and offered no more assistance. NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE PRACTICED THIS SELLING STRATEGY.
I rented several times from them a year at a time and I NEVER had any issues... The also have UHAUL rentals(if needed) they are very convenient!!!! Right off the highway... easy access in and out.... Service is kinda slow but I’m sure in any small town where living is at a slow place you will encounter that along with the strange looks because your not a familiar face
