I try my best to shop local to show my support to small business round my neighborhood. but every single time I walked in to this store I get that suspicious looks. And there a guy walking around the store and not even willing to ask if you need help I don't know if he's owner or manager but watch you closely until you leave the store. Rude employees except the elderly lady and the two teenagers who always says thank you and how're you. I hope the rest learn from them, instead of being dumpster fire.

Great local market and one of the best businesses in the neighborhood with regard to Covid compliance. This is a family owned business and you see one of the two brothers who own it regularly...when can you ever say that about a business? They also deliver, and will order stuff you ask them although they don't always get it right, hey! at least they try. I really love this place and it's one of the reasons we moved to Roslindale.

This is my favorite market anywhere! I travel from Dedham down to Roslindale village just to go to this market. The people are kind and polite. They help you readily. They have virtually everything that I need for my home. The prices are very fair. And I love that they have meats which are hard to get like kidney, liver, giblets etc, the organ meats. They even carry Kate’s butter milk which even Whole Foods does not carry that. During this pandemic, I was not able to get online at all with the big supermarket chains. I couldn’t even get curbside pick up never mind delivery. I did not know what to do. I thought to call the village market. And Reda took great care of me. He did the shopping for me with a charge of eight dollars. And I was able to drive down and call him and he brought it out to my car. What better service could I ask for? Other people have been frustrated with the surge of people going online to the supermarkets complaining that they also could not get in to the website. I recommend the village market and I explained my very positive experience. Thank you to everyone in the store for your wonderful service!
