The people in the main office as well as other renter's were always courteous. The manager Cesar was always very helpful and seemingly always in a good mood. I appreciate the fact that they would call and remind you that your payment was due. I did also appreciate the grace period but I think the late fee is too high considering the amount of money paid monthly.
Caesar has always been top notch. Very helpful. Very accommodating. Very professional.nHonestly, without him running it your company wouldn't be the same.nOnly negative was the heavy price increase!
Cesar has some of the best customer support and communication that I've ever come across. He prioritizes each customer and makes accommodations to fit their schedule and needs.nnI was moving from CA to MA and Cesar was with me every step of the way. This guy deserves a HUGE bonus or pay increase.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Accessing my stuff is easy and convenient. The storage units are really tall (~10ft) which is great. The only negative to this site is that it's hard to get stuff onto the loading dock: either you have to lift your stuff up ~4 ft by hand, or you have to roll a cart across a driveway full of potholes and up a bumpy ramp.
Friendly and efficient service setting up the rental. The storage facility is set up for easy unloading and transporting items to the individual storage unit. The place is clean and comfortable temperature-wise. And great hours!
