Can catch bus there it stops in back and can catch green line trolley there which stops in front of business. You can pay your payment by phone. The lady sometimes give you attitude and they aren't exactly honest in the beginning when asking about all fees being applied in the beginning. The location is wonderful and prices great. Parking is hard but other than that love this location and it is accessible compared to other place I had storage.
Good clean, safe storage. No after hours access.
Used this to store my things from college and would recommend for students to store a few things for extended periods of time. I didn't have a mattress or big furniture but all my boxes fit perfectly and were kept safe for over a year. The people who run it are kind and the prices are unmatched
Fair prices for storage, especially for Brookline. A family business not part of a chain. Closed Sundays and most evenings.
I went in a couple of days ago to inquire on prices. I don’t know if she was having a bad morning or whatever it was. The lady was VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND RACIST. She seemed annoyed that I was inquiring on prices. And on top of that, she was LATE opening the building!!!!!!! I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and she said she was the manager. SMH!!!! I’ll take my money else where!
