Delivered a load there. Really nice people. Got me in and unloaded and gone in 45 minutes
The Keystone travel trailer I purchased in Summer 2015 had a small sofa and 2 recliners made by Lane Furniture, Tupelo, MS. Nice looking and comfortable BUT in a year and a half of minimal use, the leather looking vinyl started bubbling up and flaking. Paid extra for the nicer furniture but lost out in the long term since fabric warranty was only one year. Don't recommend them or their products.
I bought two rocker recliners, one broke within 6 months, it was repaired and broke again in less than 2 months. The second took two years to break only because it's not used as much. This company believes in planned obsolescence. I don't know about anyone else, when I buy a so called quality product I expect it to last longer than 6 months with regular daily use. Will not buy from again.
I have a five year old recliner. It's had some minor aesthetic issues. Now both springs for the recliner mechanism have broke. I have made several attempts to contact Lane through their website, email and call, as the warranty for the recliner mechanism is 7 years. They do not respond online, and when you call you get an answering machine that is full, and you cannot leave a message. I am frustrated at this, what good is a warranty if you can't get in contact with anyone? Even if I wanted to pay for the parts I can't contact them for part info either!
Mechanically the furniture broke and the fake (bonded) leather did not hold up at all. Hard lesson to learn. Good luck with them. The warranty lasts for one year. I told them about the leather wear in the second year and they told me it was out of coverage. Later on after the 3rd year they told me they reach out for a two year warranty out of good ethics. They are crooks. The mechanical problem was fixed but when I mean leather wear I mean the entire seating section of the sofas, chair, and love seat sofa has flaked away. I can not believe it myself. I asked them to offer a good sofa set that I could buy and she ( Betty Cauddle) said she could not help. After a pause, she hung up. She moreless agreed their products do not hold up was her stance on the company.
