Heartland Storage is wonderful! Their employees Bill and Megan work great together and offered me great customer service. I will be telling all my friends to rent from Heartland!

Thank you so much to Nicole. I forgot the combination to my lock on my storage unot and Nicole came out to personally make sure I got into my storage unit. She cut short her own family time to make sure I could store my things safely. What great customer service. I will use Tri-Sons Storage far all my future storage needs. Thank you again Nicole you're the BEST!!

Called them on a Friday morning and got a non-local answering service. They couldn't answer any questions about the place, but they took my cell number so Tri Sons could call me back.nSIX days later, still no call back. I had actually left the message that if they called me back they would have my business! (Need storage for minimum 1 year)nnIf they can't call to sign me up, I doubt they'd be there for me if my stuff was stored in their facility already.

Let me start this out by saying i NEVER give bad reviews. It takes A LOT to make me give a bad review.nAbsolutely worst storage unit I have rented from. The inside of the units are drywall so other customer can break into your unit (it has happened several times and nothing done about it). Also all of my belongings have mold on them from the amount of moisture inside the units. I wish I could say something good about the customer service but it is worse than the units.

***Third Update***nGot a call from the new LOCAL manager Jerry Sanderson who introduced himself as such and asked me if all my prior issues were taken care of. I updated him on my gate code still not working and having to use the generic code to get in. He said he would check it out personally and get back in touch with me. Jerry was unable to get in the facility with my code either and promptly called me back to inform me of such. We will try a new code and see how it works. Another star upgrade because they are new owners and they seem to be trying to correct all of the problems from previous owners. Just the fact that they're reaching out and trying to correct the problem is good enough now for me and I will continue to use their facility.nn***Second Update***nI tried to solve this issue between us one more time today between ourselves and called customer service one more time. I had to repeat my whole story again, but I got a call back from a woman (Sam) just as I logged out of my bank account with required info to dispute my rent charge when she called. I feel good about our conversation, which is there is a new owner and he is trying to get things in order and ran right. I will continue to use Tri-Sons in the near future with the hope that my gut is right and the communications will get better. If you see no further updates all is well. I've upgraded from one star to three stars with the hope that I can give more in the future. Some world we live in today. When did life become so difficult. LOL but it isn't funny.nn***First Update***nIt is now Tuesday 12/4/2018 and I still haven't heard from Tri-Sons regarding the gate issue. I left a message this morning via the contact tab on their website and I will continue to update this issue, stay tuned.nn***Original Post***nFirst off, if you research my reviews you'll see I give both positive and negative reviews. The positive, I dealt with Sandra multiple times and she was always pleasant but unfortunately she can't make any command decisions. Now the bad, I rented a unit a couple of weeks ago in November. I Did it online and once I was done I called and spoke with Sandra, asking how the gate code had to be entered, etc. and she informed me how to put the code in and told me somebody would be contacting me which NOBODY ever did. Up until yesterday (Sunday) the gate was always open (some security). I tried to enter the gate code to get into the facility and the code didn't work. I called but off course you can't get in touch with anybody on Sunday so I left a message (which has yet to be answered). I go over today (Monday) and the gate code still doesn't work. I got in touch with Sandra who had me try different combinations and the so called emergency codes that didn't work either. Supposedly, somebody was going to respond almost two hours ago as I waited outside in the cold and even called back to get a ETA, but no luck. The unit was dirty and it looks like somebody tried to break into the unit before I rented it. It's amazing that they didn't forget to notify me my bill was due (which I paid in advance). Well the good thing is there are plenty of other storage unit facilities in the area that I'm sure would welcome my business and I will give it to them instead. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere because the people (not Sandra) who make the command decisions don't care nor do they realize that their best advertisement is word of mouth.
