John Electrical Services was fantastic to work with. The technician was timely, professional, and pleasant, as well as the receptionist. Every aspect of the interaction was basically flawless. However, the best part is something I haven’t really seen from another contractor before - they sent confirmation text messages for appointment reminders, and thirty minute warnings of when the tech would arrive. It was all seamless and very well coordinated between the head office and the field tech. I would absolutely recommend them.
John Electrical Services responded w quickly to my message, they were available for an estimate within an hour. They came to the home during the weekend, during the time I was available and they were on time. They gave an estimate and had the equipment on hand. The price was reasonable, the work didn't take that long and he was able to fix another light fixture. Friendly, fast and explained what he was doing. Thank you!
These guys were beyond great. We missed our initial appointment (our fault) and they were really quick and helpful about getting us back on the schedule even though it was around a holiday weekend. John Electrical Servicesufeff came out and they were on time and super polite. It didn't take them long to locate and fix the problem, and they were really professional and courteous the whole time. They rewired a few screwy things around our house and double checked their work to make sure every single outlet was working when they were done. I was very surprised at how reasonable the pricing was, considering what I've heard electricians cost! Overall a super quick, easy, and successful service. We will totally use them again.
Great company, free estimates, honest guys, and very helpful! The techs came out to access our damage after a storm. They were wonderful and went over everything in the house. We will definitely continue to use them for our electrical needs!
Amazing. We purchased an older home which we knew would need some work. We've used John Electrical Services several times over the past few months and they have been professional and accommodating each and every time.
