Placed order and card charged only to be called and told no drivers and closed store 1 hour earlier than posted. Manager less than helpful with complaint.. This used to be my favorite but will not order from at the very least this location ever again. They are unable to tell me when my money will go back in my acct. This isn't the first time but it will be the last!

Never had this many issues. Delivery was 20 minutes late after being out for delivery for almost an hour with no call about delay. Tried to call the store. No one ever picked up and there was no room to leave a voicemail. When the food got here, found out they forgot the drink and instead went to a local GAS STATION and bought the fountain soda there & delivered it to our security desk before leaving a voicemail.

I ordered a sandwich to be delivered yesterday 3/5 and it took a solid hour and still had not arrived. I decided to take a break at work and drive up there because I called at least 10 times to check on my order and the phone would just ring and ring. When I got there the manager just gave me a ton of excuses about 8 people calling in with the flu and how it was only the few people there working. She was not apologetic at all and almost acted as if I was inconveniencing her by being there. About this time my work calls to tell me the driver had just arrived at my work and refused to let my coworker sign she said the sandwich had not been paid for. I had paid already! The manager asked if I wanted a fresh sandwich I said yes absolutely. Again not applogetic in the slightest bit. A worker on the sandwich line offered me chips and a soda. The worker was more sincere than the manager. Then I asked her if she was going to refund me for my food since it literally took an hour and I had to drive up there just to find out where my food was. She said she would get to it when she can?! When she can?! Still don't see the refund today. Horrible customer service. When I find out how to contact the franchise owner I will be doing so.
