So what can I say about this gym, the coaches, the members......AMAZING, FABULOUS, DEDICATED, and A TRUE LOVE for what they teach. I learn so much from them and I walk out feeling stronger and can’t wait to get back the next day. The community is wonderful and so supportive no matter your level of fitness you will feel at home and even motivated by your fellow members. Wouldn’t still be working out regularly without this place!

The coaches are the best. They do a great job making sure you are doing things right. The clientele is great too. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I recommend CrossFit Valley Park to all my family and friends. See you there soon.

I’ve been going here for 9 years and love every day that I go! The owners, coaches, and members are motivating, uplifting, and some of the nicest people I have ever met! The workouts are challenging! Everything is modified to accommodate each persons ability. If I can do it, anyone can!ud83dude01 I can’t imagine my life without this gym!

I love this Gym! Was a member back when it opened around 2009. I recently made the decision to go back. It was the best decision I’ve made in years with regard to my fitness. If you want to work hard among a large group of people who care about your well being and want you to succeed, don’t wait another day. It’s all there, you’ll find advanced, intermediate & beginners. And everyone works together as one community, just doing the work. Coaches and owners are all experienced, strong, fit people.

A great gym with amazing coaches. They are very focused on working with each individual at their current fitness level. The people are amazing and treat you like family. Love this place!
