Our experience with JP Lock could not have been easier or more enjoyable. Within a short time after contacting them, they provided us with an estimate and came out to assess our situation -- which involved re-keying a few external locks to our three-unit building. Brian was a delight to work with -- he came out on a Saturday to assess everything and returned the following Tuesday with the necessary equipment / materials. They are efficient, friendly and fair -- what more could you ask for! Would highly recommend.

I can't add anything that hasn't already been said by other reviewers -- wonderful, friendly, timely service. When I showed some interest in the lock Brian was installing, he took the time to show me every step of the installation. He makes the time to chat and it was great to learn his story. Everything about our interaction was simple and enjoyable.

Trish was great with communication and scheduling. Brian, the locksmith, was able to re-key all of the locks in our new home, including one we didn't have a key to, which presented a bit of a challenge. His persistence paid off and we were able to get them all done without having to replace any hardware. Very professional and loves dogs.

Just had a great trip to JP Lock and Security. Needed some keys cut and the staff were quick and friendly. Keys worked well first time! Harley was worth the trip :)

One of the front door locks of our 2-family fell apart suddenly, and the other has been problematic for a while. Trish was extremely helpful on the phone and by text, and Brian came the same day - at the end of the workday - fixed both locks expertly, and didn't overcharge or sell us anything we didn't need. He was able to make extra keys to the tenant apartment in his truck. And he was a pleasure to meet and chat with. I couldn't be more pleased.
