I like Jimmy John’s subs. But, I’m starting to develop a dislike for this store in particular. It seems like every time I order something it shows up at my door and is not completely right. I’m not asking for anything complicated. I use the app to place my order so maybe instructions don’t show up on the ticket. If not then that’s a larger issue. If the instructions do show up then they are being ignored. I asked that my sandwich be cut in half and add oil/vinegar.....that’s it. Two simple requests that have failed to be met in three straight orders. Also, my drink did not include a straw, which is kind of annoying. Maybe the company has grown too fast to keep an eye on what matters most.

Freaky fast? Yeah right. My last three orders from this place have taken over an hour to receive. I live 5 minutes away. One of the times they gave me an entirely wrong order as well. I always tip 20% up front and man I wish I could have that money back...

It's tough to get quick, quality food at a chain restaurant an hour prior to closing. However this location always does well for me. 5/5 for Edward's service tonight. Thanks!

This is the worse Jimmy John's! They screwed up a previous order, got home & only had lettuce & cheese sandwich! They gave me a credit & I used part of it so when I went I today I said I would like to use the balance of it & the guy at the drive thru said I couldn't use it at the drive thru. I told him I did before & he just told me he had no idea. I asked him how can I use the balance& he said he had no idea. And you want $15 an hour, you are crazy since you don't know how to do your job. NEVER GO TO RHIS JIMMY JOHN'S!

I love this place so much it’s my favorite fast food in her food so good but why would he even not being as that fast but I know through these times it’s hard so I was just wondering what happened if it was this a loss of workers are because of Covid
