When we arrived, we were notified it was a training day for a new associate, also the front register was down. Since we were not in any rush, it was perfectly fine. The trainer was doing a great job, and so did new associate. The place was very clean, and service was excellent. Glad to see there is a close location in Lake Saint Louis. Great option for a quick smoothie run.

Best Smoothie King we have visited! Quick service, very friendly staff. Wish every store has these employees!! You hit the jackpot when these young adults were hired. Will DEFINITELY stop the next time we are in Lake Saint Louis!

I used to frequent this location and by frequent, I mean 3-4 times a week. I began not going to this location and instead going to chesterfield because the staff ask you if you’d like to tip. In my opinion, asking for a tip is in very poor taste. To begin, I’m asked before ever receiving my smoothie. I guess I should decide if it’s worth tipping before even receiving? Secondly, why am I being asked at all? I don’t mind tipping but asking immediately makes me not want to. Never when I go to a restaurant does the waitress ask if I’d like to tip them and then stand there and ask me how much. It really puts a customer on the spot and makes them feel obligated to tip even if service isn’t great. I wish they would elevate the customer service of their staff better than this. I’m already paying 7 to 8.00 for a drink. I think they should pay their staff adequately so they don’t need to ask for tips is such manner.

I order the exact same thing every time I go. I go multiple times a week. Sometimes it tastes great, sometimes it tastes completely different. Almost like they're leaving something out of the recipe. I have no idea what's going on?!?
