WARNING - the management of this gym is the lowest level of professionalism I have ever seen. DO NOT sign up - they will take your money and continue charging you when you cancel. They've charged individuals for months they haven't been opened during the pandemic and are extremely hostile and hard to work with when attempting to get a refund. Once again, the lowest level of professionalism I have ever seen.
This place is a scam. They don't refund money, have charged clients for months the gym has been closed and have an overall nasty attitude when confronted :(
!!! AVOID THIS PLACE !!!nUNPROFESSIONAL / RUDE / THREATENING US / FRAUDnThis place is Horrible. They take advantage of COVID19 and charge people for NO Service.nWe called them before the pandemic and asked them to CANCEL the subscription, in response they told us that they CANNOT cancel because they are NOT fully operational because of the PANDEMIC, instead they put they put the subscription on HOLD.n2 days ago they charged our credit card $120.00 for NO REASON and their STAFF are telling us that THEY WILL NOT REFUND the money.nSO THEY CHARGED US FOR THE PERIOD THAT THEY WERE CLOSED (APRIL-MAY-JUNE-JULY).nWe called and informed them that we'll ask our Credit Card company to return the money. Guess what happened after all these? - They sent us an email THREATENING us.... WHAT an UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF DOING BUSINESS.
Highly recommended. The group of trainers are enthusiastic, engaging and well prepared. All the machines are amazing and I recommend!!
If i could give 0 stars i would. Avoid like the plague
