I don’t know how you expect me to have a good experience when the place is never open.
I work here actually an what most people don't know is how nice everyone is an so well collected when the place is crazy. I enjoy working there and i enjoy the food. ten out of ten for me.
This is BY FAR the worst McDonald’s in the St. Louis area. ONE star is generous lol. If I could give negative stars they would get it. They are located at Hwy 40 and N. They think moving you around the building after getting drinks makes it faster. It actually confuses the hell out of your team. I was asked 4 times what I ordered and had to essentially go through my entire order again. People are laughing at how bad you guys are. The employee who came out recently even said this is the worst one she’s worked at. She use to be at a different location and said this location is the worst. Management here needs to get it together! I’m in management with my business and I would be firing the GM and every member of management if I was the owner of this location.
Fast and friendly... accurate order filled and the price is low.
Food is always hot and fresh. I prefer this location over the Wentzville parkway location. Fries are always fresh and service is great.
