I have been ordering from this location for a while. Usually there is very little problems. This time I either got the new girl to take my order or the employee that didn’t care. She was so distracted that I had to repeat my order at least 10 times. I thought I was going to have to just come in and order it in person. Then she initially overcharged me. I then corrected her. Not super happy with the service at this location. It is time to get management involved.nnUPDATE: when I got there there was no order in the system!! Super unhappy! They didn’t even offer to make it right. Now I have to wait an additional 20 minutes.
Was very unhappy with the service. When we called we told them we had two orders we got the first order ordered and paid then got hung up on so we called back Place II orderThey asked if it was cash or card we told him it was cashThen they called us back and said that they could not take the cash that we had to pay with card. Then when the food came out they messed up
Open late. Great price. Forget my marinara sauce half the time so they lose a star.
I ordered a large Philly cheese steak this evening. Went to pick it up, which is a drive through town, and it was ready! The place I dealt with back in Illinois, even if called in you still waited 10 to 15 minutes. The pizza was wonderfully made and great tasting. Thank you Domino's you made my evening and lunch tomorrow great!!
This is the 4th consecutive time that the dominoes in Rolla, MO has ruined our order. Tonight we only received half of our order and it was cold. When I notified the driver the order wasn't all there he said he would have to go back to the store to get the rest. I have never had so many issues with a pizza delivery company. It is safe to say we will no longer order from dominoes and will be ordering from pizza hut instead.
