Paul was responsive, prompt, efficient and fair. I had a smoke alarm issue and needed him on short notice, and he came right over and took care of everything. High quality work at a fair price. I definitely recommend.
Paul was very responsive and knowledgeable. He made quick work of finding and disconnecting a faulty wire, and explained everything throughout the process. Very reasonable too! We’ll definitely use him again, and highly recommend to anyone.
We bought an old house that we knew was in need of some TLC for the dated electrical system. I got in touch with Paul to replace old outlets throughout the house. He got back to me with a reasonable and attentive quote, and completed the job the same week - everything turned out great, and new outlets throughout the house makes a world of difference! I know that we have some more electrical work coming down the pike, and I'll definitely be a return customer with Paul.
Great experience with the Ledbetter crew. They tackled a complicated service upgrade in an old home, and we’re really pleased with the results. Really transparent with the process, and took time to explain the steps involved.
Paul communicated well, showed up at the time he said he would, and talked through his diagnosis of the issue and repair. While working in the breaker panel, he also looked for other issues, like loose breakers and wires, and performed a little extra preventitive maintenance as part of the visit. I would highly recommend Paul.
