This is my new go to Starbucks in the Springfield area! The girls and guys who work at this location are always smiling and in the best moods! I always get good service and my coffee is amazing as well! Last night was busy and I have to say that Haley did a great job at keeping her cool and maintaining a friendly attitude! Kudos to this location on having great customer service!!

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Not just one time, EVERY time. And I am a frequent customer. Most of the time, I will travel out of the way to go to another Starbucks, even though this one is within walking distance of my residence.

We received our entire order besides the easiest thing to get, a scone, not even heated up. As many people who ordered in store behind us, received their baked goods, we asked for ours on two separate occasions with patient pauses in between. We were told both times to continue to wait, without even a second thought to our spot in line or even checking our order status. More people received their food and left, so we did as well, without the scone we paid for, because like everyone else in line, we also have places to be. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for the last 20 years, having been in Starbucks around the world, I have never received worse service at any other Starbucks I have ever been to.

I visit this Starbucks often because it's the closest and I always get exceptional service. No matter who is attending the drive thru they are always polite, say thank you and tell me have a great day. Good customer service is hard to find these days but I can say I always get it at this Starbucks. Others may complain about the wait in line which isn't bad but it's Starbucks. Sometimes I pull up and line is literally wrapped around the building other times it's not but no matter what I still get great service.

The person that took our order was so patient and kind. It took a little while to get our drinks but they were worth it and they even upsized one of our drinks for free. I haven't had a green tea frappe in a long time and this was freaking awesome thank you.
