Took longer than expected, but did a wonderful job dry cleaning and repairing a large quilt! Was a challenging piece to repair, and I’m very impressed with how it came out. Thank you!
Never open by 7 AM when they say they will be open. Shown up on multiple occasions to drop off dry cleaning before work and the door is still locked at 7:10. Don’t waste your time with this dry cleaner.nnAlthough their response says they were there at 7, all the doors were locked and the chain fence was still over the internal door at 7:10. So they not only don’t show up to work in time they also lie about it online. I would highly recommend against using dry cleaner.
7:40am and the door is still locked. Don’t waste your time here! Their hours of operation are absolutely meaningless.
Do not trust this place. They lost my shirt and refuse to help me. They have the worst customer service of any business I’ve ever been involved with. Avoid this place at all costs!
Phone is always off the hook. Unresponsive staff. Not open when they say they are. Subpar cleaning job.
