These guys are great! I bought 3 hats. They walked me through everything and didn't rush me out. Told me everything I needed to know, and sent me on my way with everything I needed and also gave me a link to a YouTube video that would take care of any needs I might have. Even offered to keep the store open for me in case I needed any alterations or anything. Probably the most accommodating establishment I've been to all year. Thanks again guys!

I mailed in a very old Stetson hat for cleaning, blocking and shaping. They were very happy to take my info, my hat, and my money. Once it came back to me, they apparently fell off the edge of the earth. The hat WAS clean, but the lining was NOT securely re-attached. The blocking lasted a few days, but the hat's surface was dimply and wavy. I got ZERO assistance when I called and emailed the company. I'll now be looking for a place I can take it and deal with them face-to-face.nnJessen just called me and made EVERYTHING right. EVERYTHING.
