Its GAP what not to love, classics or trends with the same fabric and stiching quality as always!
Love the location of this Gap! Never too busy (although under staffed) and the deals are great. Always friendly cashiers and clean store.
terrible service, was told to go around socks stand because the line started there, although no one else was there, and then during check out another customer came over from completely different location, and the cashier didn't say anything.

Well, it's a Gap store, so it has most of the usual. The store is not that big, hence don't expect huge selection, but it's enough for me. Staff is not unfriendly, but they are not the very friendly type. The racks in fitting room are messy, I won't be surprised if this store suffers high inventory theft since clothing are just thrown in a big pile with no one tending to them (probably due to under-staffing). Generally, I do appreciate having a physical store in the neighborhood. My only complaint is, why can't I order online and pickup in store?? Gap's gotta improve on its logistics and backend. This type of online/offline combo service level is pretty much a given for most every stores these days.
