Excellent customer service, and the waiting room was the best one I've ever been in. There were snack and drink machines, plus free snacks, free water, and free coffee. All kinds of plugs connected to a battery if your cellphone needed charging, and a laptop available for you to use. Also, a car wash and vacuum was included with the service. The service adviser, Brad, went over everything that they did and found. I will definitely keep going there to service my new Telluride.

The service department has been easy to work with and accommodating to my work schedule.
