Engine light on my 2018 Airstream Interstate followed by a warning that I had only 10 starts left. I was traveling north and in Maryland. Long story short, MB in Salisbury was the only one of 3 within a 100 mile radius willing to squeeze me in as long as I was willing to wait which of course I was. The young woman I spoke to, Gabby (sp?) , was knowledgeable and everyone at the dealership was nice and accommodating. AND they fixed the problem ( worn fuel emissions part). Very impressive people and place!!

Purchase of a nearly new SLC200: An excellent, rewarding and enjoyable experience. Staff (especially Matthew Gately) were very helpful, honest and polite - not at all pushy. I'll be back!

Great credit score....limited income..nJust wishing is all...nSticking with Ford, only because of $$$$...I have a MERCEDES HEART, But a Ford wallet...lmao....want to trade my 2108 paid off Ford Escape and to sell 2006 Ford F150 w/ 28,000 org miles...nLooking for something a little more sporty to give that sassy feel behind the wheel....lmaonnI used to have a CLK 320 Mercedes....Red, shift on the fly..loved it but took up Kayaking and needed a truck!! LmaonnMercedes is my favorite carnLove love love love..nA sweet ride

The sales people are young and inexperienced...I want to buy a Mercedes from someone who has owned a couple of mid to higher end vehicles, not someone who drives a Ford to work.nnIn service, they try in everyway possible to NOT include repairs under warranty.nnThere's other options in Annapolis, Milford, etc....

We had an excellent experience buying our car at Pohanka Mercedes of Salisbury! We first met Phil Lewis next store at Pohanka Honda, and test drove a car there. But also wanted to check out a used Mercedes Benz next store. He walked us over and introduced us to Rachel Chatterton. She was knowledgeable, professional and made the transition very easy! She has since answered all of my questions, and I will return when it’s time to buy again. The deal on the car was very good as well, thank you!
