Once again, CarMax has worked out great for us. We've used them multiple times for buying and selling. Even had to return a car once and they made that experience great as well.

Clean locations n, friendly staff. Negotiating for purchase was not unpleasant. I observed regular, thorough sanitation after a customer left an office area. Distancing and masking are politely enforced. Customer service appears to be a central concern

Absolutely love the service!! The first guy was new so he didn't know much but the lady, absolutely spectacular. Wonderful job

Absolutely great! No contact experience. Very covid aware, spraying and wiping down area inside needed for negotiation. Agent knowledgeable and made the entire experience enjoyable .

Never had such an experience with a car dealership before. Gives every impression of being honest, straightforward and fair. Both buying and selling were as stress free as car buying and selling can be. Give it a try.
