Dunkin'

This dunkin donuts is amazing the staff is really nice. My wife loves to get there hot tea. She says they always make it right.

I love the girls at this drive thru. Even if they make a mistake they apologize with a smile and fix it! I do not like the new hot coffee cups and lids.

I just left your location. I spoke with a girl named Jessica that is labeled the closer for the store. Apparently there was not any mangers in the store. I asked if she knew if the refreshers were soy free. She stated in an extremely rude tone she had “no idea what was in anything.” I was pretty shocked but I said ok just give me one minute please. I had the dd allergy menu in front of me. I began looking and it had not even been 30 seconds and Jessica comes back on the drive thru speaker and states I needed to hurry up because there was a long line of cars. I was completely shocked. I said are you serious and she laughed and said yes you’re holding up the line. Mind you it hadn’t even been 30 seconds! I am honestly disgusted by this level of service. And the fact she’s the person in charge when managers aren’t around. I’ve come here over 2 years as I work close by. I will never be back. Allergies aren’t a joke and I was very patient considering allergy information is widely known by every other coffee shop in the area. I will stick with Starbucks and Rise up from now on. The girl in front of me also pulled off without ordering. I have to wonder how many people Jessica has caused to leave...please consider who you hire more carefully. I’ve done customer service work for over 10 years. This isn’t the way to speak to people just trying to enjoy a drink without an allergic reaction.

I go to Dunkin every morning but I’m going to have to change the one I go to. I’ve never had any bad experiences until a week ago. Not sure if it’s new employees that don’t know how to make the coffee but the last time I went I got a frozen chocolate and what came out was not that. It was just a normal frozen coffee. Then I went today and got a frozen vanilla chai and what came out this time tasted like it had way to much vanilla flavoring because it tasted like cold medicine.

Food was good, but no indoor seating.
