Recommended by some friends. Crabs were seasoned well and heavy. We got 2 dozen XL and a half dozen Jumbos! Will buy from again.
I had always wanted to try this place despite the ridiculously high prices. I had an encounter with someone who seemed to be the manager, and he was unwelcoming, cold, rude, harsh, yelling, and nasty. If this is the kind of culture that exists in a business, I want no part in supporting it. The restaurant just lost one future customer. Too bad for them.
Got a dozen large tonight and they were cooked wonderfully, well seasoned, heavy.
Horrible he gave me 3 doz of recooked crabs on Saturday. They was dryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy no juice to be found in them.
Worse crabs I have ever had. Watery and mushy, and tasted off. Bought a half a bushel, maybe ate a total of 8 after digging through and throwing away the nasty ones. Took the whole box back and confronted the guy. He literally had nothing to say, didn’t even apologize. I will never buy crabs there again.
