Nice cars. You get to sit in and explore the vehicles. Also information on Tesla solar. I think the sales staff should be more engaging to speak to and greet people. It's a great opportunity for them to make people more knowledgeable about the company, its offerings, answer questions, and even make a sale if not now then a person may gain interest to buy in the future. So, I suggest to be more engaging I came in with 3 other adults. No one some to any of us. We were al potential buyers for a vehicle or solar/energy products for our homes.

Service team member I spoke with today was useless did not know any information I had asked. They turned me away and hung up the phone not what you would expect from Tesla. The sales associate Scott was also not helpful in answering my questions about Tesla’s as I will be buying my first one in the next coming weeks. Disappointed

Super helpful and friendly staff. Every question I had about the cars was instantly answered and was even offered the ability to drive a model s for the evening!
