I got the 2 for $5 whopper deal and a small fry. All very good. This BK has had issues in the past, but service was great as were quality and cleanliness. I'll be back.
I ordered a Big Fish Meal with pickles cut in half, I did not check my order before leaving. I got home and realized my order was not correct, I had to call back to the store to let them know my sandwich was thrown together and the fish was over cook. The manager did offer to replace it when I come back to the store. Please check your food before leaving the restaurant.
I arrived at 12:00, placed my order for a Whopper Jr and fresh Large Onion Rings to go. At 12:11 I got my order, cold onion rings, returned them, and 3 minutes later they gave me cold onion rings again. I finally got my order at 12:21.
Ordered $40 of food...missing most expensive spicy chicken sandwich. With a car full of toddlers I could not come inside and was not about to wait another 30 min thru the busy drive thru. Tried to call into store and it just rang forever with no one answering. I get that you are busy but this isn't the first...second or even 5th time we have been missing several items from a large order. You guys need to figure out a way to order check more carefully while packing please. The bottom half of my onion ring box were fries...this we were alright with...maybe half and half fries and onions should be a new menu item?
The young lady tonight, the one minding the drive threw, Tuesday, March 10th at 7:10 pm was extemtly rude and off puttins. I thought she was just having a bad night but then she purposely didn't give me the bbq I asked for. Pathetic, she needs to be fired for her attitude, and horrible service.
