The only place I want to bring my Audi
Felix in sales was fantastic. He walked me through everything, kept the process fast and convenient. Even the handling of finances was very smooth. I’ve dealt with many other dealerships and this one simply said we’ll match the best offer you have without the games. Even after buying my car, we needed some other pperwork signed. With my work schedule I couldn’t make it to the dealership that day but Felix graciously offered to my residence to expedite the process. Cannot recommend enough
Juliana was absolutely awesome. She told me which car would best fit me and let me test drive it. After trying to know best and 4 cars later we ended up right where we started. She knew everything about the car and got me in it as soon as possible. I would recommend her to anyone that goes here. Dry professional dealership and was easy to work with.
Tyler Hopkins was superb innevery possible way. There for us and always supportive and helpful. He was great. Never anything but dedicated to our desire to buy a new Audi. He made the whole process seamless and pretty darn perfect. He is still there for us 24/7
Overall and excellent experience from the sales team to the financial department and the management personnel. A special thanks too Silvio Santos whom made my purchasing experience an easy transition into my new vehicle. He made the process of buying painless and was with me the whole way by keeping me informed throughout the process getting me into the car as early as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
