Before we begin, I must say that I never actually purchase anything from the Boutique. But it's a great place to walk around and browse and imagine all the many possibilities the items in this store may offer. It's a beautiful environment to bring your faimly over the age of 18. I highly recommend it!
Great selection of toys at prices for any budget as well as high quality materials and construction. Carries many different brands of toys and lingerie. Large plus size selection, nice collection of high-quality vinyl and wet-look lingerie as well. BDSM and LGBTQ friendly. What sets this boutique apart is their extensive selection of lingerie, evening wear, wigs, makeup, corsets, binders and Packers for transgender folks, which is truly impressive. The owners offer a service called Trans Spa where they assist you with transformation and trying out different looks. 10/10, very impressed, would recommend this store to anyone!
Great selection in all price ranges; knowledgeable, honest, and helpful staff; friendly service (but not too friendly - just right!). I felt safe and comfortable shopping here. What a fantastic store!
I bought a waterproof vibrating bullet, called Entice Hope, for $24.95. It worked before we left the store HOWEVER as soon as I got home and went to use it, it did not work. I tried new batteries and all the bullet did was click. I called to see if I could possibly return it, exchange, or refund it but they said they do not do that. I wasn't even offered store credit or anything for my purchase. I will NOT be returning to this store or buying anything from them again. This absolutely pissed me off. I spent that money and I wasn't satisfied as a customer. I do not recommend.
Was extremely excited to visit this shop after relocating to Maryland. The staff was incredibly rude and I haven't returned since. There are too many alternatives to return to a place that treats you poorly.nnEdit 7 months later and history repeats itself. Just seeing your response I'll email you.
