Firestone Complete Auto Care

My car wasn't safe. It would stop on me at times. I took my car to Firestone in Aberdeen. I talked to a service manager by the name of Anhony who was very nice and very attentive to my concerns about my vehicle. A mechanic by the name of Rob fixed my car and did an excellent job fixing it! Now I can drive my car with confidence knowing that I am safe!! THANKS

Came in last week to repair flat tire on Dodge Caravan. Yesterday wife and I heard a knocking. Just got off the phone with Mr. Tire and was informed that lug nuts were loose. Your technician didn't completely secure my tire. Safety 1st.

I wish I didn't have to give a star at all. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here even for a simple oil change. I was there 2 hours I understand it takes time so I let that slide. I get in my car to go home, made it to a traffic light just past Target and my car is OVER HEATING. I took it back immediately after the car cooled down. Now I go back in with my toddler and they try to tell me this is how I brought my car in ( with antifreeze/ coolant all over my engine compartment) So of course I am getting no where with them so I called my brother to come and he finally got them to admit they didn't tighten the radiator cap which is why the coolant blew out. So Firestone sprayed my engine off and that was there problem fixing solution. I leave, call corporate and have a claim open just to have on file incase there is internal issues I can't see. Fast forward my car is over heating and head gasket is cracked. Eventually get a 3rd party inspector they hired who took pictures and a report. I received a generic letter saying they were not responsible for a radiator leak, no mention of the head gasket. I have responded twice to the claims specialist with no response so this is the next step. I have requested they fix what they broke and the report/ pictures of my vehicle. I have a 2013 with 68,000 miles, NO PREVIOUS ISSUES. So needless to say my family vehicle can't even be driven due to their error. Do not go here ever!!!!
