I needed a battery and help installing it and Jamal was awesome. He explained the options to me and made sure that it was in my car properly and ready to go. I always choose Auto Zone and it’s because of employees like Jamal.

I came to get new bulb for my car, Nate & Mr Damon had excellent service, they were very helpful and polite. Great customer service, prices were awesome! I’m coming back again!

Shout out to the staff that helped my find the correct light for my truck. It's old enough were they don't make factory lights anymore and we had to go though about 4 or 5 bulbs before we found the correct one. They also let me borrow some tools to open the light as well. Can't recommend this place enough!!

I was just at autozone Today January 25th 2021 Damon b had the best customer service I ever had from any automotive store. The Associates were so polite as they helped me with my problems, Changed my headlight for me All while it was snowing outside. Super happy with exceptional support I received today from manager Jennifer Humphreys... She knows a lot about the products, and cars in general, since childhood actually! she went above and beyond and took a genuine interest in my need to know details about products before I would risk them on my Prius... I so appreciated that! Items I need it just happened to be on sale so that was a bonus.
