Good inventory, very clean inside and friendly employees
The manager was very helpful. The store is an excellent example of professionalism.
So i came in a week ago to get a new battery put into my car. They were extremely busy and made me wait around for over an hour for them to just check my battery and then replace it. If i knew how to do it on my own i would've done a better job. Well the guy we installed my battery didn't really know what he was doing. Oh and did i mention that when they were busy inside the STORE MANAGER was outside talking for a good 10 minutes. Mind you i was still waiting for my battery, and at this point i already paid for it. Now my car isn't running because the guy didn't install my battery correctly and the battery cable wasn't on tight enough and it popped off. Needless to say you lost my business and lets hope they learn from my experience and not to do it again. What a shame.
I'd give a minus 10 if I could. Very poor customer service. Will not go back!!!!
Friendly staff. Employee had their pet pit bull inside. Dont think its an appropriate place to have their pet wondering the store.
