Caliber Collision

Highly recommend Caliber Collision! Ease in setting appointment for quote and then pulling the trigger on repairs, was streamline! My Insurance Company suggested them, and we are so glad we did. Communication was excellent, via text and phone calls, we were kept in the loop on minor “issues” that where resolved by the great customer service representative.

I got into an accident and my insurance recommended them to fix my car. From the start, they were kind, courteous and professional. I was kept abreast of the repair every step of the way by Emily, who was extremely patient and kind. The other staff I had contact with were also very nice and professional. My vehicle was repaired and looks like it did when I drove it off the lot. Would definitely recommend.

This place exceeded my expectations. I got into a car accident on new years eve while I was traveling. I live 4 hours away from here. I called multiple repair shops in the harve de grace area and was told they couldn't help to bring it Monday. My radiator was busted, all rental cars near by were closed or booked. It was after 5pm. My insurance company referred me to caliber collison. They were due to close at 530. I reached out and they wereore than willing to help. I got my car over there. I explained my situation to the crew. I was able to get a ride from someone that lived 2 1/2 hours away. I had 4 children with me. Although they were closing they tried to get me into one of there rentals but enterprise was closed already. They then told me they would stay open and wait for my ride with me. I couldn't believe the hospitality and how generous these people were especially on new years eve. The receptionist gave us refreshments offered the bathroom and gave my children window markers. She allowed them to draw all over the window walls in the lobby. They made us feel comfortable. During the repair process I was getting updates frequently. They kept in touch...communication was constant. They did an amazing job repairing my car. They even washed it and vacuumed it after. :) they kept it for a week extra to allow me make arrangements to travel 4hrs to come get it at no extra charge. When I arrived they asked about the kids and asked if I was OK. It's the little things like make the experience remarkable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I had such an amazing experience and the team is filled with admirable and selfless people. The customer service is above par! Thank you for everything you have done for me. I live far but I will be using the caliber collision near me if needed in the future. You have e made a customer for life!

I had a GREAT experience dealing with Tina and Emily at Caliber. Both were incredibly professional and very kind. They updated me on my car the entire time and when my car was finished they even took back my rental to save me an additional trip out. They fixed my car beautifully after I hit a curb avoiding debris in the road. They took their time and did things efficiently and within a decent time frame. I not only recommend them but Tina was actually able to make a tough situation pleasant.

They were incredibly professional, anwered all my questions. They handled the insurance claim information so I didn't have to worry about it. This location is very communicative through text, and may SUV was ready about 5 days earlier than they predicted! Great job - looks just like new!
