Quick replies and very friendly! Tyler was easy to work with over the phone and in person. I inquired about a vehicle online and he had everything ready for me when I walked in the door. Tyler, the sales manager, and the financial team worked with me and got me an awesome deal, quickly! I couldn't stop telling them how easy they made this. We had an outstanding experience with Tyler at Preston Ford Aberdeen. We were able to negotiate the price and our trade-in over phone/text and finished most of the paperwork via email. Tyler's communication throughout the process was fantastic and he treated us with respect and valued our time. I recently bought a truck from Preston. It was my first time at this dealership and I was working with Tyler Van Dusen. He was fantastic from start to finish.
