I have never been absolutely disgusted with McDonald’s before first off I got over charged because they got my order wrong then when I pulled through so they could fix it I had to repeat my burger five times before she understood and then she rolled her eyes the staff were not polite or no manners at all and then to top it off one of them spit in my burger! Why is it my fault that I order a burger and u can’t get it right ? Someone needs to be fired like if u don’t wanna work there then work somewhere u like. You don’t have to Be mean to others because you don’t like your job that’s not my problem

Terrible service. Food is what you expect from McDonald's but the employees need to be trained how to handle customer service. The manager did nothing about it. But then again, this is McDonald's so it was my fault for not visiting a store that cares about their customers such as Chick-Fil-A. I waited ten minutes and when I asked for the food I paid for, they thought I was cheating them and the manager on duty had to scrutinize my receipt (and she kept it and never gave it back) and even asked after looking over it with a fine tooth comb whether or not the receipt was real and asked why I was trying to get the same meal twice. She ignored my statements that I was waiting ten minutes and no one yet gave the food I paid for. Sad

At 11:00pm the drive thru was pretty long. As any hungry person willing to eat McDonald’s I waited in the line. After about 25 mins it was my turn to order at the second line. But nobody was there, even though they took the orders of the people in front of me, instead the young man taking orders began to continue to take orders from the first lane. After he took 3 cars orders without evening acknowledging me I honked the horn to make them aware someone was there. Still nobody came an the cars behind me began to back out to go to the first line. Needless to say once I pulled off to go around to first line because nobody came to take my order there’s was 6 more cars in front of me so Needless to say this McDonald’s sucks an DOES NOT know customer service nor will they be getting any more business from me nor my family!!!!UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least.
