It's ok they even clean carts and tell you they have been sanitize

I'll give them 3 stars for being a more convenient in-and-out grocery store than the local Giant or Safeway and for having reasonable prices and trustworthy quality of meat and produce. The staffing at this location, however, is so often awful. I hold that accountability on the management, though. Consistently impolite staff shouldn't consistently be employed. While only miles away, both the Weis location on Main Street in Reisterstown and the one just over the reservoir in Eldersburg are far superior in regards to customer service. As one who values that highly, I typically drive the additional distance for my regular shopping.

I went to the Weis in Sykesville, and I wasn't greeted, offered help when asked, or treated nicely. I was in line and the cashier closed their station without warning, though I was standing there for a while. Went to this Weis and haven't gone anywhere since. They are all super friendly here. Easy location to access, great selection, and I have yet to encounter a worker there who hasn't atleast greeted me. Highly recommended!!

Like safeway this store is a well maintained store. I just wish they had a fresh seafood dept.

I like the Weis as a shopping experience here in Owings Mills. Management and staff are pleasant. The store is clean and the aisles are wide and kept clear. However, the online grocery ordering app is non-functional. IT staff deny a problem. This is such a sad missed opportunity for the business, especially as shopping has morphed during COVID. I hope someone in upper management reads my review.
