I’ve been to this store twice since opening under new name. I love it! The bakery is excellent, fruits and vegetables are fresh, the only thing that needs improvement is customer service. The cashiers hardly talk, they don’t even greet people. A friendly smile and a simple hello, can keep people coming. We, the costumers don’t need you as much as you need our money. Management, train the workers, they are the face of the company, or don’t you know that?

I can not speak for the other compare foods in Baltimore though what I've heard from several people was not positive, but I can and will say that the Compare foods at 6500 eastern Ave near Highland town not only have good prices, but it's in a safe area, it's clean and well stocked, and has a nice mixture of employees mostly Latinos, and though all speak English many speak Spanish and just like in America Spanish and English are the 1st cousins of languages you feel like your around a family members home because you feel safe, your not bothered and you generally feel like,it was cool that I stopped by, and though I shop teeters and Safeway in canton I'm glad I have this market as a 3rd choice...

I went in here today thinking it was the old grocery store that was here before. This place is hands down the best grocery store ever. The produce section is enormous and has 12 different kinds of everything you can think of. Everyone that works there was so nice. It is huge and has soooooo much! I can't wait to come back!

I was having a private conversation with someone I knewnas I was leaving the store and she was beginning to enter, however we got involved in a deep conversation and some person who did not identify his self came out and said something was going wrong with their computer system and they were going to lock the doors. For some reason I did not believe them and I hung around in the parking lot for about 1 hour and they never did stop anyone from entering the store or closed it down. For whatever reasons I could not figure.
