It’s the expertise for me! My husband and I are expecting to sell our house soon and have concluded our search for where we’d feel most comfortable with our personal items in the transition as of today, this week we visited almost 10 different places. From messy and infested to rude and uninformed! All of which the complete opposite of this beaver dam location. Not only was the young gentleman, Carlos, who gave the tour respectful & knowledgeable of the site. But this location is clearly regularly maintained! Prior to us leaving the manager empathize the importance of these reviews for this company & after reading what’s available, We wanted to add our 2cent! We’ll see you in March! Wonderful manager! - T

Love our first experience with Self Storage Plus. From the start we were very impressed with their facility in hunt valley. All positive experiences every time we’re accessed the building. The place is spotless, carts available to easily transport out items to & from our unit. We had never used any storage facility before this so we didn’t know what to expect. They hit a 5 star on every point!

I’ve Recently been storage shopping with my wife, preparing to place our home on the market come late March, had the opportunity to speak with the on site GM Carlos & have a tour of the facility with him as well this past Wednesday, I must say my wife and I were genuinely blown away by the attitude & professionalism Carlos provided. From the multiple locations we encountered before and after Self storage plus, Carlos’ attentiveness and again professionalisms stood out bar none. We are looking forward to placing what is essentially our home in this location & under the responsibility of Carlos. 10/10 Thanks again. Go O’s

Very nice staff. Super clean and lots of lights. You definitely feel safe walking late alone.
