Service was top notch! Diana is amazing. She made me feel like I made the right choice in deciding which storage facility to use. She handled my transaction with a warm, professional service oriented touch. The facility is clean, well-lit and very accessible. I will be referring others.
I've used SmartStop for about a year and I just cleaned out my storage unit a couple of weeks ago, so this is a little late. Sorry, guys.nBut, I want to say is that the people that work there, I saw 2 women and their DL, they were all pleasant. The one that helped me and went to check the unit was super upbeat and had AWESOME energy. They're helpful and nothing was wrong with my stuff when I moved everything back to the house. I've never had a service be so easy to sign up and leave when I was done before. It was quick, easy and painless.
Emily was extremely helpful and made sure I had everything I needed (lock and cart) and even offered to get me a locker closer to the ground instead of up high because I'm short, haha! Great service all around.
Wonderful experience. The two women in the office were extremely helpful. I had some issues with online reservations. They quickly cleaned up the mess I created and got me on my way.
I called them and the person that answer the was so polite to me. I begin to explain to her about a bad experience I had with Extra storage. She begin to reassure me not to worry which help me a lot . I came in and the whole office staff was very nice and Great customer service.
