I have used a couple different storage areas in Baltimore, and this one has been the best. Candice and Jennifer have been super helpful with all my needs. They've given me the best deals and arrangements, and I know my family's belongings are secure. The grounds are gated, and if you are renting a space, you are given an access card that grants you entry. I'm currently renting in the climate controlled building, and the card is needed to access that building as well. If you need boxes, locks, or other storage related items, they have them in the front office. Whenever I've needed to make adjustments with my units, Candice and Jennifer make the process easy and clear. I highly recommend this facility due to the superb customer service and security.
Candice was amazing! Great customer service while finding you the best deal! She took the time to help envision what I could do with my unit space and maximize the most of it. She also was friendly and courteous to see that all my needs were met! I felt as if I was being helped by a long time friend! Reassured me that this would be a good fit for my needs! I have been with this Self Storage for several years now. I actually left years ago and have come back due to the difference I saw compared to another storage facility. The place is always clean. So much so I had to ask Glenn, the maintenance guy if he owned it. He takes great pride in keeping the place spotless. Also, the girls who work inside (Jen and Candace) are always friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this business.- A.Bailey
Great experience at Storage One! The bathroom facilities are extremely clean and the entire property is well taken care of. Glen who works at the establishment went out of his way to help me and was extremely friendly! He even shared his lunch with me one day.nnWould definitely recommend this location!!!
My husband and I were looking to store our belongings until we move because we sold our house, we were met by Candice who was so friendly, she really made this process so easy, she took the time to show us different units, all with a smile on her face. Thank you Candice for taking such a huge weight off my shoulders and for being so friendly, she even helped us book a moving truck. One of the easiest things I've done in months. I definitely recommend everyone go see Candice for your storage needs.
