First and foremost, I highly recommend and strongly urge anyone in the Baltimore area, that is looking for a storage unit to consider this Extra Space Storage location. The facility in itself is impeccable and will cater to all of your needs. Plenty of space, cleanliness , and excellent/helpful staff. Might I add that the prices are very reasonable. The general manager Tina, has produced an excellent environment that will accommodate your specific storage needs and you will not have to worry about security issues as well. The experience overall will not leave you disappointed as a customer.

I needed a storage unit for work, specifically one that would accept deliveries (a lot of places don’t). A coworker suggested this location, it is new, clean with easy in and out access. Met with Tina the on-site manager who covered all options and policies. Tina was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all questions which made choosing this location easy. Signing up for the unit was quick and easy.Have received deliveries without any issues. I would highly recommend.

Extra Space Storage is so amazing and very clean ! The staff is out of this world they make you feel like your business is valued not like other places! They complete take their time helping you find the right unit for you and that’s what we needed when we moved all of a sudden. Tammy in Windsor Mill MD was the best ! I wish I could give 10 stars !

Overall, My wife and I were completely satisfied. Tina made sure that everything was explained to us properly and told us everything we needed to know about renting a storage unit. The entire process was easy and straight to the point. Would definitely recommend this storage location.... Thank you!!

This storage facility it’s one of it’s kind, it’s amazing that from small to large trucks can actually drive in to the facility. The most amazing thing is that it’s an indoor facility you don’t have to worry about water damage and bad weather because to whole facility actually is temperature controlled. To crown it all Tina is such an amazing person she did make everything do easy.
