Extra Space Storage

Hands down the best customer service I have ever received. The staff here are so helpful and go out of their way to make every interaction a positive one. I had a bit of a complicated case as I was shipping my boxes from across the country. Ann went out of her way to help me coordinate arrival of the boxes and arranging for us to get them up to the unit. Whenever I call to ask about something, I am always greeted with such positivity, consideration, and patience. Furthermore, it goes without saying, that the facility itself is well-kept and safe. I highly recommend this location.

We’ve had a really good experience here. The building is convenient, as is the parking. It’s clean, with a clean bathroom, and they have climate-controlled units. We had a lot to juggle, as well as budgetary constraints, and Matt really was a champ, helping us get the unit we needed at the price we needed. Matt and Ann were really helpful and patient with all the paperwork, labeling all the keys, and helping with the online/ computerized lease. Matt stayed late and they went the extra mile for us! GREAT! Big thumbs up! ud83dudc4dnnAlso, recently, while I was there for a couple of hours going through some boxes, my car decided to leak all of my antifreeze our onto the ground. It all dripped down under the car without spilling out on the sides anywhere, so I didn’t see it. But Matt noticed it from his office and pointed it out to me as I was leaving. He offered to look under the hood with me because he knows a good bit about cars, and we discovered that all the fluid was gone. He was going to help me get fluid from the nearby gas station and fill it up and check the levels again and all that before driving anywhere, but I decided just to have it towed to be on the safe side. But the point is, he really went the extra mile there and we spent a good 20 minutes going over the car and what to do about it, and then they gave me an envelope and paper to write a note to my mechanic so the tow truck could take it over there and drop it off. Had I started the car up, I probably would’ve ruined the engine. Phew! Above and beyond for sure. Good folks over there. Again, big thumbs up! ud83dudc4d

The customer service has been extraordinary. Easy online application and when there was an issue with our code, they called us immediately the next morning, noted they had fixed the issue, and apologized. They followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working well. The facilities are clean, bright, and easy to access. Definitely recommend using them for your storage needs.

Today I needed to upgrade to a larger storage unit. Long story. The process was quick and easy. The paperwork took minutes and the price was the best in town. I was all moved in within a few hours. Thank you Ann and Matt!!!

We called to find out if any small spaces were available. We were asked to come and look at available spaces. We met Ann, who took us to see three different places. She found us a space a little bigger than we asked about, at a very reasonable place. With Matt's help we were soon signed up for a great spot, in an obviously well kept and secure location. We have had storage at other Extra Space locations and been well satisfiednThis one looks to be the best one yet.
