Money hungry corporation that if your a day late they lock you out even if your vacating the unit unless you pay a full month plus fees! Their higher up managers do not even want to work with you nor even give you the common decency to return your call no matter what the situation! You cannot get in touch with the corporate office for any reason. Do not rent space from them. They will lure you in with a low price and then more then double it a few months later. USER BEWARE! Their ladies that work for them are sweet. That is the only thing nice.
Great experience with life storage!! My locker was in great condition, no concern for rodents or moisture. I felt secure leaving my belongings here for an extended period. Great location and very secure!
