Self Storage Plus

My experience with Martina was excellent. She was pleasant to work with. We need more customer service representatives like her. I reserved my unit online but when I found out that I was able to go through Mrs Martina, I canceled my unit and rebooked it through her. It’s very hard to find good people to work with you and to go above and beyond. I will be sending more people to Self Storage Plus only because of Mrs Martina. Thank you for the positive experience. It’s hard to find that these days.

My experience at Self Storage Plus was wonderful! Ms. Martina Watkins was extremely welcoming and pleasant. I informed her that this was my first time with renting storage space. She took her time and explained everything in detail to me. She provided me with a tour to look at the units that I was interested in renting. Her excellent customer service, the cleanliness of the facility, and the special promotion that they were offering sealed the deal for me. It’s not often that you come across people that are in customer service oriented positions and they take their job seriously. Self Storage Plus should be proud that Ms. Watkins is an employee that represents the company with such high standards.

Self Storage is very nice. It’s clean and the worker Martina was very polite. She answered all my questions and did not try to pressure me into getting a unit. I have been to six storage place and hands down Martina was great. Very knowledgeable about her work. Thank u Ms.Martina and thank u Self Storage for wonderful service.

I rented a unit today drove 30 miles. Got the account signed up received a gate pin code saw the unit, used my code to exit. Feeling satisfied that the place was nice and clean and orderly I went rented a U-Haul and spent hours loading it. I drive all the way back up here with the full U-Haul and my gate code doesn't work for entry only for exit. Account Suspended. We logged in online it's paid in full. I called the emergency number and left a message a couple hours ago, now I'm completely out of options they're closed tomorrow, U-Haul has to be back tomorrow and I'm paying a $1 a mile to go back home and unload it? This literally cost me hundreds of dollars.nnupdate: The automated system refused to accept my phone number the first day. I started the process online, then went in to finish and actually sign, this apparently adds an extra one day delay to the process that no one mentioned to me. We're all slaves to the automation I suppose. Your code works on exit, but cannot be used to enter until the next day. So check your code specifically for entry before you leave! They responded to the emergency message the next day (which sucks for an emergency, but it was Easter) They offered me a $25 credit, so now I'm only out 2 hours of driving and $30 in cash.nnThe place is clean, the carts are a tiny compared to my last place, but they fit on a uhaul ramp which is a huge unexpected bonus. The ingress side doors aren't large enough to move a 4x8 sheet laying down, the front door is double wide but the T junctions in the hallways are really narrow. They suit well enough for most moving needs.nnThe staff is super friendly if the automated system is not.

This place is nice the lady at the desk is so kind and helpful it's a wonderful place to store your items I mean really wonderful. Kudos Martina keep at the great attitude people like her are hard to come by. Way to go.
