Very happy with the service at Storage Plus, Im an auction buyer of forfeited units and have bought several from this location. My paperwork is always ready and waiting upon arrival. Ms.Carol and Al, are fast, friendly, courteous and accommodating. I would highly recommend this location if you have storage needs in this area.

I've been storing several items at Self Storage Plus for about 5 years while living overseas. The folks I worked with when first leasing/filling up my storage unit were friendly and helpful. About a year ago I was going to empty my unit and again everyone I worked with was friendly and super helpful. I wound up keeping the unit for a couple more years. I haven't seen my stuff since I placed in the unit, but I assume it's fine. Overall, I've had a great experience with Self Storage Plus. Also, their rates are quite reasonable.

We had an amazing experience with mrs. Carol Lawson! She took us right back and made sure we were happy with the unit we requested and got us all set up in no time!

I was very happy when I entered the lease with Self Storage and was told that the cost was a special and would not increase as long as I rented the unit. However, this is not true. They will raise you cost at least every year. Be carful of this because if you are on a budget you may not be able to afford the increased cost.

The property manager was as friendly as we could possibly hope for. We spoke on the phone twice prior to arriving and she was so friendly and made us feel so “at home”. When we arrived on property, she showed us the unit and made sure it suited our needs. She had the lip at the bottom of the door repaired and the latch replaced so it would be more secure without us even mentioning it.nnShe is simply such an awesome property manager!
