Working with Sam (Assistant Manager) and Karla (Manager) was a magnificent and professional experience. They both understand the importance of being customer centered, thus, focusing upon my special needs. All details were completely and thoroughly explained. Since I am a recent corneal transplant patient, Sam understood the importance of printing the contract so that I could see and read it prior to signing! Sam walked me through the process of unlocking the space.nWhen I returned two days later to inspect the storage space after our contractor had loaded the space with our possessions, Karla gave me a second tutorial on locking the space although it was time for her to go home. I greatly appreciated her willingness to give me the extra time to practice locking up. Sam and Karla work as a cohesive and collaborative team to assure that I and other customers have all of our needs met. Karla did two follow-up calls to make sure my needs had been met and that I was highly satisfied. On a scale of 0-10, I rate this team as a 15. They exceeded my extremely high expectations. I will use and recommend to others the 5910 Moravia Rd- Baltimore MD Location again!
Samantha is truly an Angel. She has assisted me several times without hesitation and a big smile. Samantha was very patient with me when I kept forgetting and stumbling over my account information. I had explained to her that I had just lost and buried my husband. Samantha expressed her sympathy and told me to take my time. Her loving spirit and smile really comforted me. She even later text me to check on me again expressing her sympathy. I will be moving out of my unit in a few days and I will truly miss but will never forget my experience with Samantha this is why I call her an Angel. Thank You Extra Space Storage for your service and excellent customer service in your employees. I will definitely use your services again and will refer others. I needed a storage space ASAP. Extra Space Storage not only had a variety of units available to choose from, they also had the best prices when compared to the other storage companies. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when we got there. Everything was explained to use and we were shown how to gain access to the unit with the help of the manager. I will definitely use Extra Space Storage anytime I need a storage unit.nnUpdate: I’ve moved out of the storage space and it was as easy as moving in. The staff here are amazing. Especially Carla. If I ever need another storage space I will definitely be using this company and location!!
I was well pleased with the customer service I received. The young lady I can't remember her name however though she helped me over the phone and when I got in I missed a couple of things on Saturday documents, she helped me out because I'm digitally impaired. She made me feel welcome and I enjoyed talking to her. If all customer service was like this my my what a world we're living. Keep up the good work with the employees you have
Ms. Karla was such a pleasant help. She made the hassle of finding a storage unit simple and easy. She was a wonderful with the information she provided she explained the difference between the unit I selected and the unit she suggested. As I thought I would I went with her better judgment and I’m sure to have enough space for all of my things and the safety insurance was just a plus.
