I was a happy customer until today. Mrs. Jewell and her staff kept the facility clean and maintained a high level of professionalism. However, yesterday I was locked out of my storage because of potential non-payment. I am on autopay and have never been delinquent. The mew manager Chelsey told me that it's company policy to lockout individuals to avoid late fees. I shouldn't be subject to late fees since I AM NEVER LATE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN DELINQUENT ON MY PAYMENT. It's on automatic payment.nnThis is a total violation of the lease. I have submitted a complaint with the Attorney General. The company can't withhold access without a VALID reason. Denying customers access to their unit to avoid flagging on a company report is unacceptable. Assuming non payment is not a valid reason and actually a form of prejudice. These actions are not ethical for the company or it's customers.nOnce again I have NEVER PAID LATE!!nnI do not recommend this location or the company because tenant could potentially risk having their belongings withhheld and locked out of their unit without even being delinquent. Harming customers to give the appearance that your site doesn't have any delinquent accounts is a form of falsification of information (surely a policy violation and ethics violation).nnThe previous manager was awesome, I hate that she has left. She was professional, yet firm, she was a wealth of information and clearly understood law as well as contracts.nShe also understood how to disseminate information to all customers of all backgrounds.nnThe current manager lacks professionalism (I have the entire conversation on video) and spent the entire time blaming corporate opposed to reviewing the lease or contacting corporate for guidance. The manager never offered an apology for the mistake and treated me as if I was in default.nnI wish there was an ability to provide ZERO stars..... 1 star is too much.

Thanks for the fantastic customer service Ms Jewell. She was knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. I would recommend this location just because of her. When you stop by, ask for Mr Jewell, she will answer all your questions or concerns. I'm not moving until Dec or Jan but I will be returning.nnlike

Pretty pricey, but what can one say.

Excellent experience. Wonderful customer service, great atmosphere. Clean building, well-respected Manager great personality welcome heavy heart feeling and very good with listening breaking down and understanding the units at the documents that goes along with it. She was very patient with me and did an excellent job with explaining the exact details of the storage unit it heard job with our job. Miss. Catherine wonderful Manger.

The managers on duty today is amazing. Catherine and Brittany was very professional and friendly to anyone who walked in the door. What a nice feeling when I walked in they stood up to greet me. Thanks for the exceptional customer service
